Ordering

Simply add your chosen items to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You can pay securely with debit/credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible preferably within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing orders@randomlemon.co.uk. After that, your order may already be in production or shipped and it may not be possible to make changes.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your orders and manage your details making checkout quicker.

Yes! Each piece is handcrafted in our studio with care. Many items are made to order ensuring your item is truly one of a kind!

Absolutely. Many of our items can be customised — just send us a message through the Contact Page before ordering.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are handmade and shipped from our home studio in Plymouth, Devon.

We are currently only shipping in the UK but will look to expand in the future.

UK orders: 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please we aware items are made to order and may take up to 10 days to dispatch for larger items. Details of dispatch times can be found on the individual item pages.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Items are usually dispatched using a 48 hour delivery service. If you require your item(s) sooner please choose express delivery at checkout. Please be aware this will not impact time to create.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Please note return and shipping costs are not refunded.

Items that are standard customisations (e.g. colour, style or size listed on the website) are eligible for returns.
Personalised items are not generally eligible for a return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

Yes — all transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe secure payment gateway. We never store your card details.

We aim to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Many of our materials are sourced from the UK to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible.
We purchase as many of our materials as possible from small businesses based in the UK as our ethos is to support small businesses.
