All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. As items are hand made and often made to order please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We use a flat shipping rate of £3.50 for all orders with the exception of printables. Orders over £50 receive free delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your items, prioritising recyclable materials where possible.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, once your item is with our couriers it is out of our control and delays can occasionally occur.

If your order is significantly delayed please contact us on orders@randomlemon.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return please email returns@randomlemon.co.uk

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on used items unless they are faulty

Please include your order number and a which item(s) you wish to return and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for your own peace of mind.

Once your return is received your refund will be processed to your original payment method and you will be notified that the refund has been sent. Please allow 5 working days for this to arrive in your account.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing returns@randomlemon.co.uk . Please provide us with a photo of the issue if possible.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on customised or made to order items or digital downloads.
