The design of all the products is based in psychological theory, focussing on how simple, repeatable practices can help to support our wellbeing.

Rather than complex systems, the aim is to create tools that are flexible and easy to use even when things feel overwhelming.

Not at all, we do provide guidance on ways in which you may use the tools but there is no right or wrong way.

These tools are designed as resources to help with reflection, structure and managing common issues like overwhelm.

All items are designed, printed and hand glued by us with care.

Our journals are hand-stitched and glued meaning they are made individually. They may include small variations which make each piece unique.

Our journals within the individual ranges are available in limited numbers. Depending on demand these may be restocked at the end of a run but we cannot guarantee these will be available after stocks run out.

One of a kind, limited release journals will not be re-stocked.

New limited releases are created periodically (approximately 3-4 times per year and shared first with email subscribers.

Any remaining limited editions will be for sale on the website.

The tools are informed by psychological principles and the advice provided is informed by research but they do not constitute clinical or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for therapy or personalised mental health support.

A simple starting point is a brain dump. Writing everything down without structure can help to create space and make things feel more manageable. From there you may want to choose a few priorities. and plan lightly.

You don’t need to try to do everything, just one thing to make the load a little lighter.

That’s completely normal and to be expected.

These tools are designed to be easy to return to for this very reason. They are not something you have to use perfectly or consistently in order for them to be useful.

Even occasional use can be helpful.

Many people find that writing things down, taking a little time to create some gentle structure or just taking time to pause can support how they manage stress or even help with focus.

These tools are designed to support those kind of practices in a simple and accessible way.

Each product in the range is designed to compliment the other products but they are also designed to be used completely independently.

Just choose the product or products that feel helpful to you at the time.

You will receive a digital (PDF) file that is optimised for printing. You will be able to download your item immediately after purchase.

Please note, no physical product will be shipped.

After purchase you will receive a link to download on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with a link to download your item. This email will arrive separately from your order confirmation email.

No this is a digital download that you can print at home.

You can print at home using a standard printer or use a professional printing service.

For best results, we recommend:

• 80–100gsm paper for everyday use

• 120–160gsm for a more premium feel

The default printing size for the products is A4 but you can adjust to print in other sizes in your printer settings.

Yes! Our PDF files can be used with any notetaking app that supports this function.

You can print the file as many times as you like for your personal use.

No our items are not able to be edited, they are supplied to be used as purchased.

You can re-download your file at any stage from the confirmation email. Although the link expires after 24 hours clicking the download link after this time will trigger a new email to be sent to you.

Due to the digital nature of the item we are not able to offer refunds on printable products once the item has been downloaded. However if you have any issues accessing your product please contact us - we’ll be happy to help

No. These printable products are for personal use only and cannot be shared, redistributed, or resold.

Yes. I regularly share simple, practical ways to use the tools via email and social media. You will also receive guidance on how to use the products with your purchase (with the exception of some printable items).

As well as additional information on how to use the products I also share education and reflections on wellbeing and structure.
